How parents and students search
Parents and students plan
A parent starts looking at schools months before admissions open. A student looks for a coaching institute around the time the course or batch begins. Your marketing has to be in place before then.
What parents look for
Distance from home, fees, facilities, board, teachers, results, and what other parents say. They read reviews, look at photos, and ask in WhatsApp groups.
Google Business Profile
Accurate address and timings, real photos of classrooms, labs and playground, and a steady stream of parent reviews. We set up a simple review process with the front office.
A site that answers questions
Admission process and dates, fee structure (or how to get it), board and classes, facilities, a visit booking form, and a clear phone and WhatsApp number. Parents should not have to hunt.
Timing
Campaigns usually need to start a few months before admissions open.
Ads
Google Ads for people searching "school near me" and "admission" terms, and Meta Ads in Hindi and English aimed at parents near the school, with a lead form or WhatsApp message.
Results
Report on enquiries, visit bookings and cost per enquiry, month by month. We do not report on admissions we cannot track.
Questions we hear a lot
When should we start?
Earlier than most schools expect, usually a few months before admissions open.
Do you show student results in ads?
Only if they are accurate and you can document them, and we follow platform and regulator rules for education advertising.
Do you work with schools outside Lucknow?
Yes, across Uttar Pradesh.
