Digital marketing for clinics and hospitals in Lucknow

How patients find a clinic

Patients search in a particular way

They type a problem and a place, such as "child specialist Indira Nagar" or "knee pain doctor Gomti Nagar", then open Google Maps and compare the first few results. They look at distance, reviews, timings and whether they can call or book right away. Marketing for a clinic starts there.

Google Business Profile

The right primary category, such as "Paediatrician" or "Orthopaedic surgeon", matters more than anything else on the profile. We set the categories, services, doctors' timings, photos of the premises and the appointment link. We keep opening hours accurate, including holidays.

Service pages

One page for each treatment you want to be known for, written in plain language for patients, with the doctor's qualifications and registration number, timings, location and how to book. Pages like this rank for specific searches and answer questions before the patient calls.

Making it easy to book

A call button, a WhatsApp button and a short form on every page. We track how many calls and appointment requests come from Google, so you know what works.

Reviews

Ask patients in a natural way, with a short link or a QR code at reception. Reply to every review, and never confirm that a reviewer was a patient or share any health detail in a reply. Never offer anything in return for a review.

Advertising rules

Advertising by doctors is restricted under the medical council's professional conduct rules, and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act restricts claims about certain conditions. Google and Meta also have healthcare policies. We keep copy factual, avoid outcome promises, patient testimonials and before-and-after claims, and suggest you check content with your own adviser.

What we usually do first

A two-week audit of your profile, website and nearby competitors, then fixes, then a monthly report on calls, direction requests and appointment enquiries.

Questions we hear a lot

Can you promise more patients?

No. We improve how easily nearby patients find and choose you, and we report the calls and enquiries that result.

Do you use patient reviews or photos in marketing?

Only with written consent and within the rules that apply to you. We usually avoid them.

Which should I do first, ads or Maps?

Maps first for most clinics. Ads can run alongside if you need appointments sooner.
